Junior Sales Manager

  •  We are looking for energetic and talented Junior Sales Manager who will play an essential part in further accelerating Atriba’s growth.
  •  This role is full-time and located in Hamburg.
  •  Responsibilities
    • – You work on managing and optimizing the B2B sales process, including lead generation, pre-sales, inbound & outbound) up to the closing of the contract
    • – You help identifying decision-makers at potential clients and their specific challenges
    • – You conduct product demos and presentations, via web conference or in person
    • – You recognize potential for revenue growth by analyzing possible target groups
    • – You document all sales activities in our CRM tool to track sales KPIs and for continuous sales optimization
    • – You help to develop and expand the sales team
  •  Requirements
    • – You have a degree in business administration or similar qualifications through a completed apprenticeship and corresponding professional experience
    • – You have first experiences in sales and in dealing with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Pipedrive
    • – You are communicative and approachable
    • – You have a high level of empathy, as well as enthusiasm and strong presentation skills when dealing with customers
    • – A high degree of persuasiveness and perseverance characterizes you
    • – You are very interested in digital solutions and the AI and Marketing Intelligence space

Senior Data Scientist

  •  Atriba is looking for an experienced data scientist to help us take Atriba’s attribution model to the next level and to design new data products using our unique data.
  •  This role is full-time and located in Hamburg.
  •  Responsibilities
    • – Further refinement of our customer journey models
    • – Development of predictive models to better understand customer behavior
    • – Identify our customers’ most successful visitors using state-of-the-art machine learning models
  •  Requirements
    • – 2-3 years of practical experience in the field of data science
    • – Experience to take a project from idea to production
    • – Practical deep learning experience. You know how to use tools like Theano, Keras or TensorFlow
    • – Ability to communicate problems to a non-technical audience
    • – Very good knowledge of SQL
    • – Solid experience in either R, Python or Scala
    • – Bonus points for: Git, AWS, Spark, experience in the field of online marketing

Software Engineer

  • Atriba is looking for an experienced web developer who will be responsible for Atriba’s customer facing application. The dashboard is the interface between our data science processes and our clients. Our clients use our dashboard to manage hundreds of thousands of euros in ad spends on a monthly basis.
  •  This role is full-time and located in Hamburg.
  •  Responsibilities
    • – Driving the further development of Atriba’s dashboard
    • – Gathering and managing customer requirements
    • – Responsible for making complex information easily accessible and understandable
    • – Cross-functional workflow, closely working with the data scientists and data engineers
  •  Requirements
    • – Strong knowledge of PHP and web frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
    • – Experience in building web applications with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • – Experience with MySQL and database design
    • – Experience working with version control systems such as Git
    • – Data smartness, basic understanding of data analytics and best practices in data visualization
    • – Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

Praktikant – Digital Marketing (Hamburg)

    • – Betreuung unsere Social Media Kanäle und regelmäßige Veröffentlichungen
    • – Entwicklung neuer Content- und Marketing-Kampagnen um den Traffic auf zu erhöhen
    • – Konzeption und Kreation von Landingpages
    • – Verfassen von Blog Posts, Pressemitteilungen, Emails und Social Media Posts.
  •  Requirements
    • – Du befindest dich im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder kommunikationswissenschaftlichen Bachelor- bzw. Masterstudium
    • – Du hast hervorragende schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bestenfalls auch in Englisch
    • – Ein gutes Auges für relevante Blog Posts und Social Media Inhalte
    • – Erfahrung mit InDesign oder Photoshop sind ein Plus
    • – Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
